Afgani Cutlet

AFGANI CUTLET is a famous dish or I may say snack in the eastern part of India. It has both Afgan and Indian flavor to it.

INGREDIENTS:
1. 500 gm Minced Meat
2. 100 gm Boiled Chick-pea Lentil Paste
3. Egg-white 4 piece
4. 100 gm Tomato
5. Ginger and Garlic Paste 2 tsp.
6. Oil to cook
7. Salt and Sugar to Taste
8. Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves
9. Breadcrumbs
10. A bit of Chili and Turmeric powder

FOR GARNISHING:
1. Finely Chopped  Coriander Leaves

HOW TO MAKE AFGANI CUTLET:
1. Boil the meat in sufficient amount of water.
2. Mix the lentil paste, Ginger-Garlic paste, Coriander leaves and Salt with the meat.
3. Make balls or any other cutlet shapes with the mixture.
4. Dip cutlets into Egg-whites and roll them in Breadcrumbs.
5. Deep fry the cutlets.
6. Again in a pan, fry Ginger-Garlic paste, sugar, Chili powder and turmeric powder.
7. Add some small cubes of tomato and stir it well.
8. Spread the the tomato mixture on top of the cutlet and garnish it with coriander leaves and your AFGANI CUTLET is ready to serve.
