
INGREDIENTS:
1. 250 gm meat; cooked
2. 60 gm tomato
3. 1 tsp minced Onion
4. 60 gm boiled Beans
5. 50 gm Cucumber
6. 2 sticks of Parsley; well chopped
7. 15 ml Vinegar
8. 3 tsp Oil
9. 1 tsp Mustard paste
10.Salt and chili powder to taste
HOW TO MAKE IT:1. Cut beans into small pieces,
2. Cut meat, cucumber, tomato into cubes.
3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and stir them well,
4. Take some mix and garnish with some lettuce leaves and you are serve.

INGREDIENTS:
1. 1 can mixed beans
2. 1-2 slices red onion
3. 1/4 orange pepper
4. 1 celery stick
5. 1/2-1 clove garlic
6. Oregano-1 pinch
7. Basel-1-pinch
8. Olive oil(about1/3cup)
9. Balsamic vinegar(about 50/50 with oil)
10.1/4 cup sugar(optional)
HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. Pour can of mixed beans into a colander and rinse off the sauce.
2. Let water drain off and put beans into a large bowl.
3. Chop vegetables, mince garlic and mix with the beans.
4. Mix oil and vinegar with oregano and basel. (The oil/vinegar should be about 50/50 but mix it to your preference).
5. Add dressing to bowl, stir and marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight. Drain dressing and transfer salad to a smaller bowl and serve.
NOTE: If you prefer a stronger flavor just keep the salad in the dressing until it's eaten.
